Client engagements begin after an alignment call and are subject to availability. Monthly fees and scope are confirmed in a written agreement at the start of the engagement.

3. Refund policy

We provide a clear, written refund policy at the point of agreement. Please review the most recent version before paying.

4. Intellectual property

Strategies, frameworks, templates and systems developed by Scale With Content remain our property. Content produced for your channels (scripts, edited videos, thumbnails) is yours upon payment.
